Nineteen people sustained injuries when a bus overturned near a roundabout in Carmarthenshire, authorities reported. Six passengers were taken to the hospital, while the remaining 13 received treatment at the scene.

Emergency services, including three fire crews from Tumble, Carmarthen, and Kidwelly, responded to the incident. Medical teams from the Hywel Dda health board were also present. A rest center was established at the John Burns Centre for those affected.

Local vicar Father Jim Flanagan described seeing multiple ambulances and an air ambulance that had landed in a nearby field. One of his churches, St. Mary's in Kidwelly, was opened as a potential refuge.

The bus crash occurred near the A484 Kidwelly roundabout, leading to road closures. The specific cause of the crash was not immediately disclosed.
