Bus Driver Attacked, Vehicle Hijacked and Crashed in UK Incident
A man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and dangerous driving after a bus driver was allegedly assaulted and forced from his vehicle, leading to a chase and multiple collisions.

A bus driver was reportedly attacked and removed from his vehicle before a suspect drove the bus erratically, colliding with multiple cars while traveling on the wrong side of the road. The incident occurred Friday in Telford.
West Mercia Police arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of robbery and dangerous driving following the event. Officers were dispatched to Court Street in Madeley around 6:37 p.m. after receiving reports of an assault on the bus driver.
The bus was then driven along Park Way toward High Street, moving against oncoming traffic and striking several other vehicles. Police intervened and stopped the bus, apprehending the suspect, who is currently in custody as investigations proceed.
The bus driver sustained minor injuries and received treatment from paramedics. No other injuries were reported.
Footage shared online depicted members of the public observing and pursuing the bus. Detective Sergeant Taigh Lannie stated that authorities understand the incident was alarming and assured the community that officers responded swiftly. Police are appealing for witnesses and requesting any available footage, such as from dashcams, CCTV, mobile phones, or doorbells, from the Court Street, Park Way, and High Street areas around the time of the incident.
