Influencer Bunnie Xo has explained her decision to remove a revealing podcast episode about her divorce from country singer Jelly Roll, stating that she did not want the difficult experience to become a "permanent headline." The episode, released last month on her "Dumb Blonde" podcast, detailed the pair's separation.
Bunnie Xo stated on a recent podcast episode that while she aims to be open with her fans, the episode had "backfired." She emphasized her desire not to be perceived as "the poster child for divorce" and to avoid dwelling on one of the most challenging moments of her life. She revealed that the episode generated $100,000, making it one of her highest-viewed installments, but stressed that the financial gain was not her primary concern.
"I don’t care about the money," Bunnie Xo stated. "If I cared about the money, I would have left it up and let it get another f–king 100 grand." She asserted that she needs the space to heal and move forward from the divorce.
Bunnie Xo addressed criticisms regarding her perceived speed in moving on from the marriage, noting that she had been privately mourning the loss for at least a year. She described periods of intense emotional distress, including significant weight loss and malnutrition, stating that friends had to administer IVs at times.
According to Page Six, Jelly Roll, 41, filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo, 46, in Williamson County, Tennessee, on May 18, after nearly 10 years of marriage. Bunnie Xo was recently photographed kissing 24-year-old reality star Dylan Wolf at Jelly Roll's bar in Nashville. She mentioned on her podcast that Jelly Roll was aware and had "no issue at all" with her moving on.
