Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Navigate Paris Fashion Week Amid Family Estrangement
The couple attended the Balenciaga show while avoiding potential encounters with Brooklyn's parents, Victoria and David Beckham, who were also in town for Victoria's fashion event.
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz maintained a public display of affection as they arrived hand-in-hand at their Paris hotel on Thursday, amidst a week of fashion events in the French capital. The couple attended the Balenciaga show, a high-profile event that also drew Beckham's parents, Victoria and David, who were present for Victoria's fashion show.
The couple, who married in 2022, were seen beaming during the fashion show. Peltz, 31, wore a black vest top with a low-rise satin skirt, accessorized with slingback heels and a handbag. Beckham, 27, opted for a white shirt with a loose black tie and dark sunglasses, his hair styled with salt and pepper flecks. He later added a black leather jacket.
This appearance comes amid a reported estrangement between Brooklyn and his parents, which has reportedly kept him from attending family events for nearly two years. This period of distance began after he reportedly issued a statement in January denouncing his parents and declaring himself separate from 'Brand Beckham'.
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham has been preparing for her fashion show, even incorporating unconventional training methods. She was filmed by her husband, David, on a Stairmaster while wearing four-inch stilettos. Victoria, a former Spice Girl, has seen her fashion and beauty business holding company report a significant improvement, with an operating profit of £7.3 million in the year to December 2025, a notable recovery from a £1.5 million loss the previous year. The fashion business alone made an operating profit of £1.5 million, driven by sales of specific items like the Tilly T-shirt and Alina jeans, featured in her Netflix documentary.
Despite the positive operating profit figures for the overall holding company, the fashion business itself incurred an after-tax loss of £1.7 million. The fashion brand also has £59 million in debts to creditors, and the cost of sales remains high at £17.5 million. The company's financial reports indicate that after tax, the combined fashion and beauty business achieved a profit of £2.4 million.
Brooklyn's brother, Romeo, also shared social media updates from Paris in anticipation of Victoria's fashion show, underscoring the family's presence in the city during this significant fashion week.
