Brooke Warne has become engaged to her long-term boyfriend Alex Heath, with the proposal taking place during a holiday in the United States. Warne shared the news on Saturday, posting images of the moment Heath proposed in a scenic outdoor setting in Montana. She interpreted a prominent rainbow visible in the sky during the proposal as a sign from her late father, cricket icon Shane Warne.

"When your angels show you their love for your engagement, the only way they know how. The sky looks different when you have angels up there," Warne captioned a video clip of the proposal, which featured the rainbow. "Forever with you Alex, and our angels forever with us."

Shane Warne's ex-wife and Brooke's mother, Simone Callahan, commented on the post, agreeing that the rainbow was a sign from her late husband. "Dad's sign for you Brookie & Alex, he will be over the moon celebrating," Callahan wrote.

Other followers also remarked on the rainbow, with one commenting, "I almost cried seeing that rainbow. Dad knew. What a special sign." Another wrote, "How magical with that rainbow."

Warne and Heath, dressed in warm clothing against the cold, celebrated their engagement with a kiss as the sun set and the rainbow appeared. Warne flashed her diamond ring in the photos shared to social media, accompanying them with the caption, "It was always us."

Warne and Heath have been in a relationship since 2019, celebrating their sixth anniversary in September 2025. Shane Warne, a legendary Australian leg-spinner, passed away on March 4, 2022, at the age of 52 in Koh Samui, Thailand. His death was attributed to a suspected heart attack.
