Brooke Hogan Slams Sale of Father's Florida Home as 'Dirty Money'

Brooke Hogan, daughter of the late wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, has publicly criticized the sale of her father's Clearwater, Florida home, labeling the transaction as involving "dirty money" and hinting at personal grievances. The property, where Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, resided until his death in July 2025 at age 71, was sold for $5.9 million.

Brooke shared her sentiments on Instagram Stories, posting an image of the home with a "sold" sign and the caption, "Enjoy your dirty money. You took my dad." While the specific individual she was addressing remains unclear, her posts suggest a deep emotional connection to the home and a sense of loss tied to its sale.

She described the house as a place where she and Hulk's second ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, cared for the wrestling star through numerous surgeries and surgeries. Brooke detailed intimate moments shared in the home, including pool days, garage activities, and late-night television viewing, underscoring the emotional significance of the property. She lamented the loss of "his whole environment, his energy, his work, his relationships," stating that it was "all gone. Sold for profit."

Brooke indicated that she had been a primary caregiver for her father for 15 years prior to what she described as "vultures swooped in." She also highlighted McDaniel's role, stating that McDaniel had been the one to "spend more time in the trenches than ANY of us did" and that Hulk "LOVED her dearly." Brooke mentioned that McDaniel could have sought more financial compensation but left with a minimal settlement, a Tahoe, and a two-bedroom house, characterizing her departure as graceful and without a "smear campaign."

Brooke also addressed criticism she has faced for stepping away from her father's life, stating that she has been called a "jerk for stepping away from the toxic behavior an brainwashing, fake greedy people." She asserted that others were present "AT the end. To collect."

Hulk Hogan and Jennifer McDaniel were married in December 2010 and divorced in October 2021. Hogan later married Sky Daily in September 2023. His first marriage to Linda Bollea, from whom he divorced in 2009, produced Brooke and their son, Nick Hogan. Hulk Hogan's cause of death was officially attributed to natural causes, with records indicating he suffered from leukemia and atrial fibrillation.
