Brooke Hogan Criticizes 'Fake, Greedy People' Following Father's Home Sale

Brooke Hogan has publicly criticized individuals she described as "fake, greedy people" who allegedly profited from her late father, Hulk Hogan, following the sale of his Florida home. The wrestling legend's beachfront mansion in Clearwater Beach sold for $5.9 million, a significant reduction from its initial listing price of nearly $11 million. A neighboring guest cottage was sold separately for $2.8 million.

In a series of posts shared to her Instagram Stories, Brooke reflected on the emotional impact of losing the home where she had shared memories with her father. She accused unnamed friends and family members of exploiting Hulk Hogan, who was born Terry Bollea and passed away in July 2025 at the age of 71. Brooke alleged that some individuals only appeared towards the end of her father's life with the intention to "collect."

"The sick feeling is indescribable," Brooke wrote, accompanying one post with an image of the house marked with a "SOLD" sticker. She noted that the home was where her father and his ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, had envisioned growing old together, and where she had cared for him through multiple surgeries. Brooke detailed intimate memories, including "pool days," the "smell of gasoline in his garage," and shared moments watching television and listening to music.

She also described being present in the garage where her father spent his final moments. "I walked in that garage every visit and hugged him right when he’d open the garage door. I’d sit next to him for hours in the chair he died in," she wrote. Brooke expressed a sense of betrayal, stating that her father's environment, energy, work, and relationships had been impacted by these individuals. "And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him… used for f-----g everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who TF you are," she concluded.

Brooke shared photos documenting her years alongside her father, emphasizing her constant presence and love for him. She also posted images of medication bottles labeled with Hulk Hogan's name, noting that she managed his prescriptions. She highlighted the care she and McDaniel provided during his health struggles, referring to themselves as the "nurse crew" who tracked his medications and provided overnight support. "This woman spent more time in the trenches than ANY of us did," Brooke wrote about McDaniel, praising her devotion and love for Hulk Hogan.

Brooke also detailed how McDaniel reportedly asked for nothing after her split from Hogan and did not engage in any "smear campaign." She recalled positive interactions with McDaniel, describing her as "hilarious" and a source of "pure love and grace."

Brooke later clarified that her posts were not directed at WWE stars, stating, "I don't have beef with the stars of WWE. Nor did I say that." She explained that she was criticizing those who attended public tributes without having provided private support when she was actively involved in her father's care. "But they'll show up to get their face on camera," she wrote, extending this criticism to "so called ‘friends' AND family."

She further elaborated that unnamed individuals allegedly only visited her father if he paid them, or received a paycheck for pretending to be his friend. She also called out "yes men" who allegedly did not protect her father with the truth and those who promised to "do the right thing" after his death.

Brooke and Hulk Hogan, once close, had become estranged in the two years prior to his death. In July 2025, Hulk Hogan amended his will to exclude Brooke and her descendants, naming their brother Nick as the sole beneficiary of his probate estate. Brooke stated in August 2025 that she asked to be removed from the will due to her awareness of potential family disputes over money, saying, "I just know how my family is."
