Brittany Mahomes Teases Raiders Coach Over Halftime Comments
Mahomes' wife shared a social media post referencing Klint Kubiak's confident remarks during the Chiefs' victory over the Raiders.

Brittany Mahomes playfully acknowledged the halftime comments made by Raiders coach Klint Kubiak following the Kansas City Chiefs' 30-27 victory over Las Vegas on Sunday. Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, took to Instagram to share her reaction.
"We're winning. We're gonna win the game," Brittany posted, quoting Kubiak, who had expressed confidence in his team's victory while they held a three-point lead at the half. The Raiders coach had also stated, "Not good enough," in response to the team's limited rushing yards in the first half, but followed up with "Gotta be better, but you know what? We're winning. We're gonna win the game."
Brittany Mahomes shared photos of herself on the sidelines at Allegiant Stadium, celebrating the Chiefs' advancement to a 4-0 season record.
The Raiders led 13-10 going into the final quarter but were unable to establish a strong run game, accumulating only 72 rushing yards on 2.8 yards per carry. The Chiefs secured the win with 20 points in the fourth quarter.
Patrick Mahomes completed 15 of 30 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns. Both scoring passes went to Tyquan Thornton, who sustained a severe ankle injury in the fourth quarter. "The guys just stayed with it," Mahomes commented after the game. "It's not always going to be pretty. That's a good football team, a good defense. It's not always going to be lighting it up and going out there and scoring 50 points. If you stay with the process, it's going to come."
The Chiefs will have a bye week before hosting the winless Los Angeles Chargers on October 18.
