Brittany Mahomes Reveals Intricate Tattoo Honoring Family

Brittany Mahomes has offered her followers an in-depth look at a tattoo adorning her right wrist and forearm, a design that pays tribute to her family. The Kansas City Current co-owner shared details about the ink on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, explaining its personal significance.
The fine-line tattoo features the side profiles of her three children, Sterling, 5, Bronze, 3, and Golden, 20 months, interspersed with the initials of her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and their respective birthdays. "I guess I never have showed my tattoo and people are so intrigued 😂 It’s the side profiles of my kiddos with Patrick’s initials into their names and birthdays 🥹🤍,” she wrote.
The tattoo, which includes the names written in script with dates inked beneath them, first appeared during Brittany's February Sports Illustrated Swimsuit digital cover shoot. Her forearm was notably bare in photos from Golden's first birthday party on January 12, suggesting the tattoo was completed shortly before the shoot. The ink was also visible in a recent photograph Mahomes posted with Golden during the Chiefs vs. Dolphins game in Miami.
This new piece extends a previous tattoo on Brittany's wrist, which was initially inked in April 2023 and included the names and birthdays of Sterling and Bronze. Golden's name has since been added to that design. Complementing these family tributes, Brittany also has a paw print tattoo on her left wrist and a heart with an interlocking infinity symbol on her right foot.
Patrick Mahomes also has tattoos honoring their children. In 2022, he had tattoos of Sterling’s hand and foot prints added to his leg.
