Brittany Cartwright has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, as their divorce proceedings continue. The order was submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday.
In a declaration filed with the court, Cartwright detailed alleged abuse by Taylor over several years. She reported an incident where Taylor allegedly threatened to "gut [her] like a f--king fish" and "f--king kill" her.
The filing comes amid a contentious divorce between the couple.
