Pop superstar Britney Spears was recently seen in Malibu accompanied by an unidentified male companion. The outing occurred just weeks after Spears resolved her driving under the influence (DUI) case.

The man, who has chauffeured Spears on multiple occasions in recent weeks, was seen with her as they arrived at a restaurant. He has been observed driving Spears in her luxury vehicles, including an incident last month where she climbed out of the car roof on a busy freeway.

During the Malibu outing, Spears wore a sheer pink maxi skirt, paired with black suede booties and a white off-the-shoulder top. She accessorized with a Louis Vuitton bag, aviator sunglasses, and a beaded necklace. Her blonde hair was worn down, and she wore natural makeup.

The male companion wore a white long-sleeved button-down shirt, black trousers, and sneakers. He has also been featured on Spears' social media.

Last month, Spears posted a photo of herself with her driver on Instagram, making a defiant gesture with her tongue out. This post came days after she was seen climbing through the sunroof of a Mercedes SUV on a Los Angeles freeway, an event captured by other drivers.

The man has also been featured on her social media as she posed with her driver in an Instagram post last month.

Eyewitnesses reported that the SUV was traveling around 45 mph when Spears emerged from the sunroof. She reportedly remained in that position for approximately two minutes before the vehicle exited the highway. Following the incident, Spears was seen laughing and talking with the driver at a nearby gas station.

A source close to Spears told Daily Mail that she briefly stuck her head out of the sunroof to check traffic conditions. The source described the action as her wanting to see the traffic ahead due to a car stop and that she used to do similar things as a child. The source added that Spears is having a fun summer and is in a good place, and did not intend to do anything illegal.

She was reaching her arms up and letting her hair flow in the wind as onlookers gaped and recorded the spectacle, which follows her DUI arrest four months ago.

This recent outing and freeway incident follow the resolution of Spears' DUI case. In March, she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. She later pleaded to a reduced charge of reckless driving, avoiding jail time. Her sentence included 12 months of probation, a fine, and mandatory DUI education classes. Court documents indicate she completed her driver awareness program on June 30.
