Britney Spears Enjoys Family Outing to Dollywood with Sons

Britney Spears recently shared a glimpse of a family outing to Dollywood, the theme park co-founded by Dolly Parton. Spears posted a photo on Instagram arm-in-arm with her sons, Sean, 21, and Jayden, 19, in front of the park's iconic signage.

In the accompanying caption, Spears expressed her delight with the visit, stating she was unaware of the park's existence and found it "so incredibly cool and exciting." She noted the warm weather and playfully mentioned her skirt being "too big," concluding with an exclamation of "family outings!!!" and calling Dollywood "absolutely adorable."

Spears shares Sean and Jayden with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. The couple divorced in 2007 after a two-year marriage. Child support payments from Spears to Federline concluded in 2024 when both sons turned 18. Federline has previously spoken about his sons' efforts to mend their relationship with their mother, emphasizing that they "absolutely love their mom."

In April, Sean Federline updated his Instagram name to "Sean P Spears," potentially signaling a closer connection to his mother's surname. This family excursion follows a period of reconnection after Spears' DUI arrest in March, which led to her brief rehab stint. A source close to Spears at the time described her sons as being supportive and her "whole world."

Spears ultimately pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of "wet reckless" in May, receiving a sentence that included alcohol school and probation.

This visit to Dollywood occurred over a month after the death of country music icon Dolly Parton on August 25. Spears and Parton have a history, with Parton having referred to Spears as a "wonderful artist" and a "wonderful girl" in a 2021 interview amid Spears' conservatorship battle.
