Brigitte Bardot's Widower Claims He Was Excluded From Her Will, Lives in Council Flat
Bernard d'Ormale, who was married to the iconic actress for 33 years, alleges he was left out of her will and says her legacy is being tarnished.
Bernard d'Ormale, the widower of French actress and animal rights activist Brigitte Bardot, has claimed he was excluded from her will and is now living in a council flat. D'Ormale, who was married to Bardot for 33 years, stated that he feels ousted after caring for her for many years and is planning legal action.
Bardot, a global icon of the 1950s and 60s, became a fervent animal rights activist later in her life, dedicating significant energy to her cause. All of her assets were reportedly split equally between her son, Nicolas-Jacques Charrier, and the Fondation Brigitte Bardot, her animal welfare charity.
D'Ormale, who had been married to Bardot for 33 years, described the current situation as her legacy being tarnished by what he called a 'pack of werewolves.' His relationship with Bardot was her longest marriage. He expressed profound sadness when tending to her cats, highlighting his continued devotion.
He stated his intention to take legal action, suggesting he feels a sense of injustice after his years of care for the actress and her animals. D'Ormale feels ousted despite his long-term commitment.
