Brielle Biermann Excludes Father Kroy From Wedding Amid Family Turmoil

Brielle Biermann is preparing for her upcoming wedding to Billy Seidl, but the event is overshadowed by deep-seated family rifts and legal troubles. Biermann, 29, has chosen not to invite her adoptive father, Kroy Biermann, to the ceremony, citing concerns that he would disrupt the event.

"He was never invited," a family insider told the Daily Mail. "He doesn't even know the date. She doesn't want him there because he's going to ruin everything just like he's ruined the family."

A second source indicated that Kroy Biermann, 41, has no desire to attend, stating he "has no interest in being around someone who is not interested in repairing a relationship and can’t take accountability for their damaging behavior."

Brielle Biermann announced her engagement to Seidl, 26, in February 2024. The couple has largely kept their relationship private.

Kroy Biermann legally adopted Brielle and her younger sister, Ariana, in 2013, two years after marrying their mother, Kim Zolciak, in a ceremony documented on their reality show "Don't Be Tardy." The series concluded in 2021, and since then, Zolciak and Kroy have been engaged in a public divorce, marked by serious allegations from both sides. Court documents and police reports have detailed claims of gambling addiction, child neglect, and emotional and physical abuse.

While Brielle and Ariana Biermann have historically tried to remain neutral in their parents' disputes, Brielle has more recently appeared to align herself more closely with her mother. In July, she told TMZ that Kroy "needs a lot of things" and expressed that her mother "doesn't deserve to be in the situation that she's in."

A source close to the situation suggested that Brielle is following a similar path to her mother, stating, "Kim is on a level incomparable to anyone and that will never change. Brielle sadly seems to be going down the same path."

Adding to the family's challenges, Brielle's younger brother, KJ Biermann, 15, faces serious legal charges. He was arrested in August 2026 on felony counts including child molestation and sexual battery. He has pleaded not guilty, and a trial date has not yet been set.

Despite these circumstances, wedding planning is reportedly underway. However, sources indicate that Brielle is being cautious about the public perception of a large celebration given the ongoing family drama and legal issues.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Brielle Biermann, Kim Zolciak, and Kroy Biermann for comment. Investigations into the family's legal and personal matters continue.
