Brielle Biermann Excludes Father Kroy From Wedding Amid Family Strife

Brielle Biermann is preparing to marry minor league baseball player Billy Seidl this fall but will not have her father, Kroy Biermann, by her side as she walks down the aisle. A source close to the family told Page Six that Kroy is unaware of any wedding details and that Brielle explicitly does not want him present.

The insider added that Kroy has not attempted to reach out about attending the wedding, indicating a mutual distance. Brielle, 29, has previously spoken about the strained relationship with her father, telling TMZ in July that their communication has been inconsistent.

The Biermann family has navigated considerable public drama in recent months. Kroy is currently involved in a contentious divorce from Brielle's mother, former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak. The couple married in 2011, and Kroy legally adopted Brielle and her sister, Ariana, in 2013.

Kroy initially filed for divorce in May 2023 but withdrew the paperwork later that summer with hopes of reconciliation. He refiled in August 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.

Currently, Kroy has primary physical custody and decision-making authority for their four younger children: twins Kaia and Kane, 12, Kash, 14, and KJ, 15.

Adding to the family's legal challenges, their 15-year-old son, KJ, was arrested on August 17 for aggravated sodomy and sexual battery related to an incident with a female classmate. He was indicted on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, false imprisonment, and three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16. KJ has pleaded not guilty to these charges and was released on a $200,000 bond in late September. He is currently residing at Zolciak's home, attending school virtually, and is subject to strict rules, including restrictions on cell phone and social media use.
