Brian McFadden has stated that he has no ongoing contact with his ex-wives, Kerry Katona and Vogue Williams, and does not believe there is a need for them to speak. McFadden married his partner Danielle Parkinson in July 2025.
Vogue Williams, who was married to McFadden from 2012 to 2017, recently commented on the situation, calling him "incredibly rude" for not inviting her to his wedding. McFadden explained his decision by stating, "It’s not the normal thing to do is it, to invite your ex-wife to your wedding? We haven’t spoken in a long time, but why would we?"
He added that the couple aimed for a small and personal wedding, which meant many friends were also not invited. McFadden also confirmed he no longer speaks with Kerry Katona, his first wife, whom he was married to from 2002 to 2006. They share two adult daughters, Molly and Lilly.
"I don’t speak to Kerry any more. We don’t need to. Our kids are all grown up now, they’re adults, so there’s no reason to be in contact any more, unless they get married," McFadden told The Sun. He anticipates they might interact on the occasion of their daughters' future weddings.
McFadden and his current wife, Danielle Parkinson, a physical education teacher, welcomed their daughter Ruby Jean in 2021. The couple's wedding took place at Lusty Glaze Beach in Cornwall. Footage shared by Parkinson showed the newlyweds entering their reception to Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours)".
Williams, who is now married to Spencer Matthews and has four children with him, voiced her feelings on her podcast "My Therapist Ghosted Me." "He did not invite me to his new wedding. I did find that incredibly rude that he didn't invite me, actually, and that is why we don't talk," she said, adding with humor that she would have attended to ensure the wedding proceeded.
McFadden and Parkinson's engagement occurred in 2019, but their wedding was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The couple had previously experienced two miscarriages before welcoming Ruby via IVF.
Katona has previously spoken positively about McFadden's current partner, Danielle, stating that she "gets on really well" with her and considers her a good stepmother. Katona also noted that her daughters speak highly of Parkinson.
McFadden has been open about past infidelity, admitting he cheated on Katona on the night of his stag do. Katona has since spoken about how McFadden's departure triggered childhood trauma related to her mother's mental health issues and time spent in foster care. She has stated she does not blame McFadden for leaving her. McFadden is now married to Parkinson, while Katona is reportedly dating personal trainer Paolo Margaglione.
