Brian Hickerson's attorney has issued a statement following the death of actress Hayden Panettiere, who was reportedly with Hickerson at the time of her passing.
"Hayden's death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed," the attorney stated on Thursday. "As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play."
The statement continued, "Out of respect for Hayden's loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time."
Details surrounding Panettiere's death emerged earlier this week when a police report was obtained. The actress passed away at the age of 36. The investigation into her death is ongoing.
