Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville, 53, has spoken about undergoing vaginal rejuvenation surgery following her 2009 divorce from actor Eddie Cibrian. Glanville stated on her "Unfiltered" podcast that the procedure was a way for her to "be a virgin again" as a response to the end of her marriage.

Cibrian's affair with singer LeAnn Rimes led to their divorce, a period Glanville described as difficult. She recounted her "glow up" following the split on her podcast, during a discussion about plastic surgery with her co-host James Maas. When the topic of significant personal changes after marital issues arose, Glanville mentioned tightening her vagina.

Maas joked that Glanville was an early adopter of the procedure, to which she responded that she was indeed among the first and worked with Dr. David Matlock, whom she identified as a pioneer in the surgery. Glanville explained that this was her rationale for the surgery: "That was the only way I could stop f**king my ex-husband, was to be a virgin again."

She also alluded to a comment Cibrian allegedly made about her vagina after she gave birth to their two sons, Mason and Jake, who are now 22 and 19 respectively. Vaginal rejuvenation, defined by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery as procedures to "reduce, reshape or tighten female genital tissues," can cost up to $10,000 and is intended to improve function and appearance.

Glanville previously wrote about the surgery in her 2013 memoir, "Drinking and Tweeting: and Other Brandi Blunders." In the book, she recounted telling Cibrian that he could pay for a new vagina since he "ruined" hers. She recalled him questioning the $12,000 cost, to which she claimed she responded that she had a nose job.

More recently, in April, Glanville referenced the surgery when defending former "RHOBH" co-star Dorit Kemsley during discussions about Kemsley's marital issues. Glanville wrote at the time that "we all are a little erratic when we are heartbroken and going through divorce."
