Brandi Glanville, known for her appearances on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has revealed that doctors observed "something alive" and "moving" in her face during an ultrasound examination. Glanville shared this unsettling update on Monday via an Instagram Reel, accompanied by disturbing ultrasound footage.

During the examination, the ultrasound technician reportedly stated she had "never seen anything like it" and that the entity appeared to be alive and in motion. The radiologist subsequently confirmed the technician's findings. Glanville expressed her determination to find a doctor to remove the substance, stating, "if I don’t find a doctor to cut this out of my face, I’m just gonna do it myself."

Glanville, 53, is currently undergoing extensive medical treatment, including long IV infusions. She detailed on Sunday that she receives 18 hours of IV infusions daily, and on Monday, she noted she had 40 minutes remaining of a four-hour IV infusion, with plans for an overnight antibiotic IV drip.

She described her current state as feeling and looking like "death," attributing her drastic weight loss and fatigue to the IV treatments that decrease her appetite. Glanville stated she is on IVs for nearly 20 hours a day, limiting her excursions outside the house to podcast recordings.

Glanville insists that the root cause of her health issues is a parasite in her face. She first publicly disclosed her facial disfigurement in 2024, initially blaming stress-related health issues stemming from her involvement with Bravo. Later, her doctors suggested the problem might be a parasite that moves around her face.

Over the past three years, Glanville has reportedly spent a significant amount on medical expenses, totaling six figures. In June, she also shared that she had been diagnosed with a benign facial tumor located in one of the lymph nodes in her face, which she speculated could be the reason for fluid buildup in her face.
