Brandi Glanville, known for her role in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," is undergoing intensive daily IV treatments for 18 hours as she battles ongoing health struggles, primarily related to facial disfigurement.

In a recent Instagram Reel, Glanville described the impact of the treatments on her daily life, stating, "I feel like death, I look like death." She explained that the IVs interfere with her ability to eat, contributing to her current thinness. A nurse assists her with the treatment for four hours each day, with Glanville managing the remaining 14 hours independently. She noted some friction with her nurse, humorously admitting they "fight."

Glanville revealed that her extensive IV regimen occupies nearly 20 hours of her day, with her podcast appearances being her only excursions outside the house. She expressed a desire to keep some details private but felt ready to show the reality of her situation, captioning one video, "For the first time, I’m showing you what my life has really looked like behind closed doors. The treatments. The IVs. The exhaustion. The days nobody saw."

Glanville believes the root of her health issues stems from a facial parasite, expressing a strong urge to surgically remove it. She has been public about her facial disfigurement since 2024, initially attributing her health problems to stress from her time with Bravo. Later, she shared that doctors identified a parasite in her face as a potential cause, describing it as something that "jumps around."

Over the past three years, Glanville has incurred significant medical expenses, reportedly spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. She has also lost multiple teeth during this period. In February, she suggested that ruptured breast implants, leading to silicone leakage into her lymph nodes, might be contributing to her issues, emphasizing the importance of regular implant replacement. She had previously described her condition in March as her "face is … literally melted away."

In June, Glanville disclosed a diagnosis of a benign facial tumor located in one of her lymph nodes, which she theorized could be causing fluid buildup in her face.
