Brad Parscale, former President Donald Trump's onetime campaign manager and digital strategist, is heading a digital influence operation for the State of Israel, according to Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) filings. Parscale's firm, Clock Tower X, entered into an agreement with the global advertising agency Havas to conduct this campaign.

The operation, which began in September, is designed to produce 100 original pieces of content each month, with at least 80% targeting Gen Z audiences across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts. Under the agreement, Parscale's firm also committed to amplifying the campaign's messaging through social media integrations and by incorporating narratives into properties associated with the Salem Media Network, a Christian conservative broadcasting and publishing company where Parscale serves as Chief Strategy Officer.

Israel agreed to pay Clock Tower X $1.5 million per month for these services. The campaign aims to generate at least 50 million digital impressions monthly and influence how artificial intelligence tools, including OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, and Google's Gemini, characterize Israel and the ongoing conflict.
