Bond No. 9 Launches 'Scents of Peace' Fragrance Collection Inspired by Global Harmony

Bond No. 9, a New York-born scent house, has introduced its latest fragrance collection, 'The Scent of Peace,' designed to embody universal themes of harmony, connection, and hope. The collection, which includes variations such as 'The Scent of Peace for All,' 'The Scent of Peace Natural,' and 'The Scent of Peace – For Him,' seeks to translate these abstract concepts into wearable scents.

The brand, known for creating fragrances inspired by the distinct energy and personality of New York City's various neighborhoods and landmarks, is expanding its thematic scope with this release. According to Bond No. 9 founder Laurice Rahmé, the scent is intended as an invitation to embrace empathy, acceptance, and hope.

The timing of the collection's launch coincides with New York's role as a global meeting place, particularly with the annual United Nations General Assembly drawing world leaders and international figures to the city. Bond No. 9 highlights New York's function as a hub where diverse cultures, languages, and perspectives converge.

'The Scent of Peace for All' is described as opening with a bright combination of sparkling pear, tangerine, and pink grapefruit, offering an immediate burst of freshness. Its heart notes include lentisque absolute, bran absolute, and geranium oil, adding texture and a floral dimension. The base notes feature amber, musk, and tobacco, providing warmth and depth.

Meanwhile, 'The Scent of Peace Natural' begins with bright and fresh notes of lemon, blackcurrant bud, and petitgrain, creating a clean and refreshing feel. As it settles, raspberry and Damask rose emerge, softening the fragrance and adding a floral character. The dry down includes ambroxan, cedarwood, and musk, offering warmth and a subtle woody finish.

For a more masculine direction, 'The Scent of Peace – For Him' balances crisp citrus and green notes with warmer woods and sensual undertones. Commerce partnerships manager Frank Massaro noted that this fragrance stands out in the Bond No. 9 lineup for its initial brightness and vibrant, fruity notes, moving away from the brand's typically deeper, leathery scents. This scent is designed for subtle, all-day wear, transitioning easily from professional settings to evening engagements.

The 'Scents of Peace' collection is available in 50- and 100-milliliter sizes, offering consumers a way to carry a sense of optimism. While the brand acknowledges that fragrance alone cannot solve global issues, it positions the collection as a reminder of aspirational ideals.
