Bobbi Brown's Jones Road Launches New Under-Eye Brightening Makeup

Bobbi Brown's Jones Road brand has unveiled its latest offerings: the Wide Awake Brightening Neutralizer and the Wide Awake Brightening Concealer. These products are designed to address dark circles and brighten the under-eye area, allowing users to appear more awake.

Brown described the dual-action approach during a recent event in Manhattan, stating, "If I could literally put this neutralizer under my eyes and the inner corner, and take the concealer and put it on top — with or without eye cream — then I can face the day." She noted that the products are particularly beneficial for individuals, such as mothers, who juggle many responsibilities and may experience insufficient sleep.

The Wide Awake Brightening Neutralizer is formulated with shea butter, vitamin E, and a non-comedogenic plant complex. It is designed for long wear without caking or creasing. Following the application of the neutralizer, Brown recommended layering the Wide Awake Brightening Concealer for a natural, all-day finish.

While Jones Road also offers Face Pencil concealers, the new pot formula is described as more emollient and easier to spread over a larger area. The Wide Awake Brightening Concealer can be applied directly with fingers or using the brand's new detail blending brush.

Brown, who noted that she did not require concealer in her younger years but finds it helpful as she ages, emphasized the brightening effect of the new products. "It just brightens you up and makes you feel better," she said.

This launch follows the introduction of the Minimalist Defining Mascara. Since its inception six years ago, Jones Road has gained popularity with its emphasis on multi-purpose products and natural-looking finishes, exemplified by its cult-favorite Miracle Balm. The brand also counts celebrities like Cindy Crawford and Christie Brinkley among its fans.
