A U.S. Navy Blue Angels jet performed a flyby at a low altitude over a crowded Pensacola Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, causing beach chairs and umbrellas to be disturbed. The incident occurred during an air show.

Video footage shared on social media captured the moment the jet passed over the beach, with beachgoers cheering as the aircraft flew by. Officials from the Blue Angels, the Navy's elite flight demonstration squadron, stated that they are conducting a review of the incident. They acknowledged that the aircraft flew "lower than standard profiles, resulting in a disturbance on the beach that affected civilian chairs and umbrellas," according to U.S. media reports.

No injuries were reported as a result of the low flyover. One witness described the experience as "amazing" to U.S. media outlets.
