Actress Blanca Blanco has revealed the 15-minute high-intensity workout routine she employs to maintain her physique, particularly in preparation for events like the Emmy Awards. Blanco shared that her regimen consists of fundamental exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, leg lifts, and jumping jacks, performed twice daily. This routine, described as a "basic boot camp style," requires no gym, specialized equipment, weights, or instructors, making it adaptable for hotel rooms or trailers during travel.

Blanco, who was attending the Venice Film Festival at the Excelsior Hotel on the Venice Lido, told the Daily Mail that the simplicity of the workout was key due to her frequent travel schedule. The exercises are designed to be performed without any external equipment.

A boot camp workout is generally characterized as a fast-paced, high-intensity fitness session that integrates strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and bodyweight movements. These sessions are known for their efficiency in building endurance and strength.

In addition to her workout regimen, Blanco also discussed a recent dietary change: giving up sugar. She stated that she has eliminated sugar from her coffee, avoided chocolate, and foregone sugary cocktails. This decision, made for the summer, aims to help her "look her best," though she noted a potential return to sweets in the winter.

Blanco also highlighted the positive effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), for which she paid approximately $12,000 for 40 sessions. She described the treatment as more intense than a facial, noting its benefits for tissue health and cognitive function, and claiming it made her look "10 years younger." According to Women's Health, HBOT involves breathing 100 percent oxygen at twice normal atmospheric pressure, which can aid healing, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. Standard courses often involve 20 to 40 sessions, typically five days a week for five to six weeks. Private sessions can range from $100 to $350 each.

'Twice a day I do a 15-minute workout, where I just go basic routines like sit-ups, push ups, leg lifts and jumping jacks,' she shared

Blanco believes HBOT promotes a more youthful appearance by increasing oxygen in tissues, boosting collagen production, stimulating stem cells, and reducing inflammation, which she states reverses cellular aging. She has observed improvements in her skin's elasticity and a reduction in fine lines.

Blanco was seen attending various premieres during the Venice Film Festival, including "The Spiral" on September 7, "It Will Happen Tonight," and "World Horse Nine." The festival itself ran from September 2 to September 12.
