Blake Lively was seen FaceTiming her husband, Ryan Reynolds, from the pitchside at MetLife Stadium during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final on Sunday. An attendee told Page Six that Lively was with a group of non-famous girlfriends, including Stoney Clover Lane founders Kendall and Libby Glazer, and her friend Emma Gray. Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 in the match.

Lively's appearance at the World Cup final comes shortly after she and Reynolds were reportedly not invited to Taylor Swift's wedding earlier this month. The wedding ceremony took place at Madison Square Garden in New York City, with an estimated 1,000 guests in attendance, including Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Tom Brady, and Brad Pitt.

On the same night as Swift's rehearsal dinner, Lively and Reynolds were observed supporting their daughter Betty at a horse show in Lake Placid, New York. Sources told Page Six that Swift did not invite Lively to her wedding due to a falling out related to a legal battle involving "It Ends With Us" director Justin Baldoni. According to a source, Swift felt hurt and like a "pawn" after her name was drawn into the lawsuits. "Taylor wants nothing to do with this whole ordeal," the insider said. "She has always been a loyal friend to Blake and doesn’t appreciate being thrown into this at all."

Another attendee reported that Lively had a brief conversation with musician Sam Smith, who was also at the event.
