Blake Lively Details Beauty Routine Amid Legal Dispute Resolution

Blake Lively recently shared insights into her elaborate beauty regimen, a glimpse into her personal routine posted to Instagram Stories on Wednesday evening. The actress, 39, showcased a nighttime process aimed at maintaining what she described as 'natural beauty.' Her routine included what appeared to be headgear with red-light therapy and a sheet mask with additional pieces applied to her face.

Lively documented her wind-down process while bundled in a brown fleece hoodie. She humorously captioned her post, "If I don't look like I'm in the first trimester of life after this much effort I quit." She also reminisced about simpler times, noting, "I miss the 2000s when we just used that hand soap with fish characters on it on our face & called it a day." The post was set to the song "Glamorous" by Fergie and Ludacris.

This disclosure follows a period of legal proceedings involving her film "It Ends With Us" and its director and co-star, Justin Baldoni. The former costars reached a settlement shortly before their trial was scheduled to begin earlier this year. Baldoni was ordered to pay $400,000 of Lively's legal fees.

Lively had initially sued Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer, in December 2024. She asserted claims of sexual harassment and retaliation, alleging that Baldoni orchestrated a smear campaign against her after she raised complaints about his on-set behavior. Baldoni, in his defense, denied the harassment allegations and contended that Lively's complaints were an attempt to gain creative control of the film.

A countersuit filed by Baldoni was dismissed in June 2025. The settlement between Lively and Baldoni was reached in May of this year, just two weeks prior to their trial. The two released a joint statement affirming their commitment to maintaining professional and productive work environments free from improprieties.

Lively, a mother of four, frequently shares aspects of her life and routines on social media. In August, she previously posted a video detailing her quick preparation process as a busy mother and businesswoman, highlighting the challenges of balancing personal appearance with parental and professional responsibilities.
