Biohacker Shares Anti-Aging Strategies for Women
Azra Alagic, 57, advocates for lifestyle changes tailored to women's needs to reduce biological age.
Azra Alagic, a 57-year-old biohacker, has developed a personalized approach to longevity, asserting that popular biohacking trends often overlook the specific needs of women. After discovering her biological age was significantly higher than her chronological age, Alagic implemented lifestyle modifications that she claims have made her feel 21.
Alagic's journey began when she took a biological age test three years ago and found her body reflected that of a 73-year-old. This realization prompted her to re-evaluate the prevailing biohacking advice, much of which is generated by and tailored for men. She found that some of these common longevity strategies were not yielding the desired results for her.
Her book, "Biohackher: The longevity guide every woman needs," details her revised approach. Alagic's strategy focuses on everyday lifestyle changes aimed at reducing biological age, emphasizing a framework that accounts for female physiology. The book is available for preorder.
