Binky Felstead recently hosted an early Fourth of July celebration, joining friends for a festive gathering amid a significant heatwave in London. The former star of 'Made In Chelsea' shared moments from the party, expressing her enjoyment of the event.

The celebration took place as the United Kingdom experienced a heatwave, with temperatures in London reaching 37.5C (99.5F). This marked the third consecutive day in June that the UK had broken its previous hottest day record.

Felstead's celebration comes after she addressed past controversies regarding cake requests. She admitted to being "completely at fault" for a situation involving a baker who claimed she was ghosted after making a wedding and birthday cake for free in 2021. Felstead stated that while gifting is common in the influencer industry, it must be handled thoughtfully, acknowledging the frustration it can cause, especially for small businesses.

In a separate incident, Felstead's team had also been criticized for requesting a gifted birthday cake for her son, Wilder, in exchange for social media exposure. Felstead's representative stated at the time that this was a standard inquiry and that such contra deals are widely used in the industry, though they respect the decision to decline. Felstead herself later expressed understanding for the frustration caused and has since arranged payment for the previously uncompensated wedding cake.
