Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi has put his newly constructed Miami home on the market for $15.9 million. The residence at 1141 N Biscayne Point, located in the gated community of Biscayne Point, sits on a 10,236-square-foot lot and includes 107 feet of water frontage.

Completed in 2026, the 4,300-square-foot home features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a dedicated office. It also boasts a private rooftop terrace overlooking the bay. The Kobi Karp-designed property includes retractable glass walls, a kitchen with Vegas Blue marble counters and Gaggenau appliances, and a primary suite with a spa-like bathroom and a terrace offering sunset views. The home is situated on a private cul-de-sac.

Ogunjobi purchased the property for $4.55 million in 2024, prior to the new construction. The defensive tackle's decision to sell comes as his NFL career has taken him across multiple teams. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2017 and has since played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers before signing a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills in March 2025. His contract with the Bills was impacted by a six-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy.

Biscayne Point is a sought-after enclave for athletes and entertainers due to its privacy and proximity to South Beach. New constructions with significant water frontage in the area are known to command high prices. Ogunjobi also maintains a two-bedroom condo in Miami, which he bought in 2022 for $900,000.
