Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson End Relationship
The former NFL coach and his girlfriend of two years have reportedly broken up, but plan to remain business partners.
Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, have ended their relationship, TMZ reported Friday. The breakup reportedly occurred late last year, and the two are committed to their business partnerships and remain close friends.
Belichick, 74, and Hudson, 25, began their relationship after meeting on a flight in 2021. Their romance became public in the summer of 2024. Hudson had been seen attending numerous games of the North Carolina Tar Heels football team, where Belichick is in his second season as coach.
The couple's relationship drew significant media attention, particularly after Hudson's interjection during Belichick's April 2025 interview on "CBS Sunday Morning." When asked how they met, Hudson responded, "We're not talking about this," leading to scrutiny and reports of her alleged influence on Belichick's professional affairs.
Sources claimed Hudson had "forced" her way into a Dunkin' commercial that aired during Super Bowl 2025. Podcaster Pablo Torre dedicated episodes to their relationship and Belichick's commercial ventures. Hudson reportedly threatened to sue Torre in November 2025, but no lawsuit has been filed as of October.
In September of the current college football season, Belichick addressed the public perception of Hudson's involvement with his career in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. He dismissed claims that she was attempting to be the general manager of the Tar Heels, calling such notions "ridiculous."
Belichick also clarified his request for Hudson to be copied on emails regarding his personal appearances. He explained that he asked for external requests concerning his personal schedule to be forwarded to Hudson to coordinate them outside of university matters, stating that the way the request was leaked and released as Hudson being "involved in every single thing that I do and she's copied on every email" was a "flat-out lie."
Prior to his relationship with Hudson, Belichick was in a long-term relationship with Linda Holliday, which reportedly ended in September 2023.
