Bianca Censori Sparks Frenzy with Sheer Outfit and Low Squat in Closet Photo Shoot
Kanye West photographs wife Bianca Censori in a revealing ensemble, prompting discussion about her fashion choices.
Bianca Censori, wife of rapper Kanye West, ignited a new wave of social media attention with an impromptu photo session captured by her husband. Censori, 31, shared images on her Instagram Stories that featured her posing inside a closet wearing only a sheer white top and a thong.
In the photographs, Censori is seen in a low squatting position, adorned with white stiletto heels. West, 49, appeared in the reflection of a mirror, holding the camera and activating the flash. This latest appearance follows a pattern of daring fashion choices by Censori, who was previously seen braless in a fishnet top.
Despite public and media speculation often attributing Censori's provocative attire to West's influence, she has described her avant-garde wardrobe as a form of performance art and personal expression, rather than an act of coercion.
Censori, an Australian architect and model, married the Yeezy founder in 2022. Since their union, her fashion has frequently made headlines, including an appearance at the 2025 Grammy Awards where she wore a fur coat over a sheer dress. In a rare interview with Vanity Fair last February, Censori stated that West has not compelled her to appear nude in public.
"I wouldn't be doing something I didn't want to do," Censori told Vanity Fair. She explained that she and West collaborate on her outfits, and she views it as a creative partnership. "So it was like a collaboration, it was never I was being told to do something. If you were married to Gianni Versace, wouldn't he give you a dress or something?" she asked.
Censori also shared that she has a long-standing fascination with nudity, which was evident in her early performance art, BIO POP. "I was naked everywhere. I didn't detach with it at any point. I consistently showed the same imagery over and over and over again. I live my artwork," she told the publication.
She expressed indifference to interpretations of her nudity as attention-seeking, stating that she doesn't dwell on public criticism. "I've never gone home and cried myself to sleep over anything anyone has said, because it interests me when the reaction is not the intention, because that’s just what lives within everybody."
West and Censori first met when he contacted her on Instagram, leading to her employment at his Yeezy brand in November 2020. They married in a private ceremony in December 2022, shortly after West's divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized. The couple shares four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
Addressing the nature of their relationship, Censori told Vanity Fair, "I didn't marry my husband because I wanted some sort of platform. I married him because I love him. Is that like the corniest thing ever?"
