Bethenny Frankel has opened her Supermodel Café pop-up in East Quogue, New York, coinciding with her sharing a list of her personal “supermodel staples” in beauty and fashion. The café, which launched on Thursday, features viral baked goods, chicken salad, cheesecakes, and lattes made with Cumulus coffee.

Frankel told Page Six Style that the “supermodel” branding extends beyond food, representing a state of mind focused on self-confidence. "It’s just feeling good about yourself, being confident and knowing that confidence is so much more valuable and beautiful than the way you look," she explained. She noted observing this philosophy backstage at fashion events like Miami Swim Week and Paris Fashion Week.

Among her recommended items is a firming body cream from Beekman 1802, which she described as luxurious and creamy. For makeup removal, Frankel prefers a cream-to-foam cleanser from CeraVe, especially when wearing significant makeup. She also highlighted a hair camouflage stick from dpHue as a significant product for her.

Frankel has also been seen wearing Amazon heels repeatedly, noting that people are frequently trying to purchase them and that she wore them the night she surprised guests at the café opening. The café offerings include items with playful names such as “Nepo Baby” and “You’re so Jelly.”
