Bethenny Frankel, a long-time advocate for the health food movement, has launched her Supermodel Cafe, billed as the next evolution of her Skinnygirl brand. The cafe, which began as a pop-up in the Hamptons, offers lower-calorie versions of popular foods like bagels, cheesecakes, and chicken salad.

Frankel, 55, stated that her signature chicken salad recipe, for example, uses half the amount of mayonnaise typically found in standard versions. The Supermodel Cafe menu also includes protein-forward, 150-calorie bagels, gluten-free cheesecake with 10 grams of protein and 102 calories, and specially concocted lattes.

The brand also features more indulgent items, including two caviar-laced bagels priced at over $40. Frankel described the Supermodel Cafe name as "tongue-in-cheek and fun."

Frankel, who gained prominence on "The Real Housewives of New York City" and later sold her Skinnygirl Cocktails brand for a reported $120 million, has maintained a public profile centered on health and lifestyle. She has previously spoken out against criticism of her physique, particularly after walking in Miami Fashion Week, asserting that she does not adhere to traditional workout regimens.

Frankel strutted her stuff on the runway at Miami Fashion Week in May, an experience which has undoubtedly helped to inspire her Supermodel brand

She has stated that her approach to maintaining her physique involves a balanced diet and constant movement, rather than rigorous gym sessions. "I don't binge. I pick my spots. I try to eat better when it makes sense and if I eat something decadent I'm not eating a tonne of it," Frankel said, emphasizing the importance of a balanced lifestyle. She also mentioned walking on the beach as a preferred form of activity.

The 55-year-old never goes to the gym and instead sticks to eating her own Supermodel snacks, walking constantly, and indulging in a 'balanced' way without ever binge eating

Frankel first appeared on "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart" in 2005. She launched Skinnygirl Cocktails in 2009, retaining the rights to the Skinnygirl name for other product lines. Her business ventures under the Skinnygirl brand have included denim, eyewear, deli meats, and salad dressing.
