Below Deck Stew Describes Taylor Ann Green's Charter Experience

Second stew Rainbeau de Roos recounted her experience having "Southern Charm" star Taylor Ann Green aboard as a guest during the first charter of "Below Deck" Season 13. De Roos told Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" that Green was a pleasant surprise.

"I honestly didn’t know who Taylor really was, even when she walked on the boat," de Roos said. "She doesn’t really act like” a typical reality television personality.

De Roos described Green as "so sweet, so nice [and] so warm and welcoming." She added that Green's entire group of fellow charter guests was "so much fun, so colorful, so light, and, thankfully, really kind because it was our first charter."

Green, along with her then-boyfriend Gaston Rojas, were guests on the yacht Azul V in Phuket, Thailand. They were part of the charter group led by primary guest Kenny Haisfield, founder of the resort-wear line Kenny Flowers, and his wife, Christina Haisfield.

Green first gained recognition on Bravo as the girlfriend of "Southern Charm" cast member Shep Rose. The couple dated for two years before their split in 2022. Green continued to appear on "Southern Charm" for two more seasons before announcing her departure after Season 10.

After her breakup with Rose, Green began dating Rojas in September 2023. However, they ended their relationship in May 2026, with Green accusing Rojas of cheating, an allegation he has denied.

De Roos, who is returning for her second season of "Below Deck," stated that she was unaware of Green's recent personal issues. "I didn’t necessarily sense anything during the charter, but we’re on charter, so we’re so focused on the job," de Roos explained. "As long as they have a drink in the hand and a smile on their face and they’re not screaming at us, that’s that’s really all we can ask for."

Green is expected to share more details about her experiences in the upcoming season of "Southern Charm."
