Nathan Gallagher, a personality from the Bravo reality series “Below Deck Mediterranean,” was arrested in Sydney, Australia, in December 2025 on domestic violence charges. According to a police memo obtained by Rolling Stone, officers took Gallagher into custody on December 27 following an alleged assault at an apartment complex. He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault.
Gallagher was reportedly granted conditional bail, and his plea to the charges remains unclear. The alleged victim is not named in reports, but Gallagher’s “Below Deck” castmate Gael Cameron, with whom he shares a 1-year-old son, Kayden, has filed an Apprehended Violence Application against him. An Apprehended Violence Application is a legal measure in New South Wales intended to protect individuals from stalking, harassment, intimidation, or threats of harm.
A court hearing for the case is scheduled for September 1. Gallagher and Cameron, who would have been 29 at the time of the alleged incident, met on the Bravo show and began a relationship. Social media activity suggests a rift between the two, as they no longer follow each other on Instagram, though some of Gallagher's past posts featuring Cameron remain visible. Cameron has recently shared posts of herself and their son, Kayden, on social media.
