Bella Varelis Hospitalized Following Weekend Accident

Bella Varelis, known for her appearance on The Bachelor, has been hospitalized after an accident that occurred over the weekend. The 31-year-old shared a cryptic message on social media from what appeared to be a hospital ward, informing her followers of her condition.

"Gonna be a little off over the next two weeks after an accident over the weekend," Varelis stated. "Thankfully surgery went well and now it's just time to rest, recover and take it easy for a little while." She did not provide specific details about the incident that led to her hospitalization.

The reality television personality recently discussed her diet and fitness routine, aiming to maintain a healthy physique. She described her meals as "balanced," often dining out for dinner and incorporating fruit as snacks. Her typical food intake includes grilled fish with cucumber, quinoa with yogurt, and lamb chops with green salad.

Varelis also highlighted her exercise regimen, which involves strength training, reformer Pilates, occasional yoga, and weekly saunas.

Since her time on The Bachelor in 2020, Varelis has undergone several cosmetic procedures. In 2022, she had a nose job and an eyelid lift. At the time, she admitted to concealing her surgery from her followers for ten days by using older photos on social media.
