Beckhams Brace for Fashion Week Encounters Amid Family Estrangement
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz navigate Paris Fashion Week, potentially crossing paths with estranged parents Victoria and David Beckham.
Brooklyn Beckham is in Paris with his wife Nicola Peltz for Fashion Week, a trip that brings the potential for an awkward reunion with his estranged parents, Victoria and David Beckham. The couple arrived in the French capital for the Balenciaga show on Thursday, while Victoria Beckham is scheduled to present her own collection on Friday.
Despite the looming possibility of encountering his family, Peltz shared glimpses of their trip, including their journey from Los Angeles and their arrival at their hotel. The couple was also seen enjoying a night out at the Parisian restaurant Loulou, toasting with white wine alongside friends.
Peltz documented the evening on social media, posting a photo of the couple raising their glasses. The following morning, she shared a mirror selfie showcasing her attire during a fitting, opting for a white cropped top and low-slung trousers. Brooklyn Beckham also posted a photo on social media, emphasizing his connection to Peltz by sharing an image of her hand on his head, with her 10-carat diamond engagement ring prominently displayed.
Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly not attended family events for nearly two years. The rift is said to have intensified after he released a statement in January expressing his dissociation from the "Brand Beckham."
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham has been preparing for her fashion show. She recently garnered attention for a workout session in four-inch stilettos. A video shared by her husband, David Beckham, showed her navigating a Stairmaster in the heels, with David playfully questioning her choice. Victoria responded by stating she was "just training."
Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty businesses have shown financial recovery. Her holding company reported an operating profit of £7.3 million for the year ending December 2025, a significant improvement from a £1.5 million loss the previous year. The fashion business alone achieved an operating profit of £1.5 million, boosted by sales of specific clothing items featured in her Netflix documentary. Victoria Beckham has expressed pride in the company's profitability and growth, stating that her brand is no longer perceived solely as a celebrity brand.
However, the fashion business incurred an after-tax loss of £1.7 million. Additionally, a new loan of £1.5 million was made to the fashion business, and its cost of sales remains high at £17.5 million. The fashion brand also has outstanding debts of £59 million to creditors. When the beauty brand is included, Victoria Beckham Holdings reported an after-tax profit of £2.4 million for the same period.
