David Beckham, accompanied by his sons Cruz and Romeo, posed with Prince William and Princess Catherine at a star-studded premiere for Tom Cruise's latest film, 'Digger,' held Tuesday night at the Odeon Luxe in Leicester Square, London. The event, a Royal Film Performance, saw the former footballer and his sons in tuxedos, while Princess Catherine donned a flowing purple Jenny Packham gown.

Tom Cruise guided Princess Catherine down the cinema steps, and the group engaged in conversation before the screening. This occasion marked a reunion for Cruise and the Prince and Princess of Wales, who previously met at the UK premiere of 'Top Gun: Maverick' in May 2022. Cruise expressed his admiration for the royal couple, stating, "I just love them. They are lovely people and I have great respect for them."

Prince William, dressed in a velvet evening jacket, and Princess Catherine were greeted by Cruise and filmmaker Alejandro G. Iñárritu. The premiere, hosted by Warner Bros. and benefiting the Film and TV Charity, included introductions to cast members like Riz Ahmed and beneficiaries of the charity. Princess Catherine received flowers from seven-year-old Evie Peters, and Prince William was presented with a program by four-year-old Sahrae-Lea Herbert.

David Beckham received his knighthood from King Charles at Windsor Castle in November for his contributions to sport and charity. His sons Cruz and Romeo, aged 21 and 24 respectively, were present, while his eldest son, Brooklyn, was absent amid a reported family feud. The premiere also highlighted Cruise's role as 'Digger Rockwell' in the new satirical comedy.
