The Beckham family is currently on their annual luxury yacht vacation in the Mediterranean, but the gathering is overshadowed by the ongoing estrangement with eldest son Brooklyn.

Romeo Beckham, 23, was photographed with his father, David Beckham, 51, on their yacht, Seven, in Ibiza. The father and son duo showcased their tattooed torsos while wearing matching towels after a swim. Romeo was also seen riding a jet ski with his girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, 24.

The yacht, named Seven, is a 130-foot vessel purchased by David and Victoria Beckham in 2022. It features five cabins, a spa bath, a garage for water toys, and a jet ski. The name Seven is significant, referencing David's iconic football shirt number and their daughter Harper's middle name.

This family trip also marks one year since Romeo playfully trolled his brother Cruz for his choice of attire during a previous outing. Last year, Cruz had posted a photo mimicking David's iconic BOSS underwear campaign, prompting a humorous response from Romeo.

The Beckham family, including David, Victoria, Romeo, Kim, Harper, 15, and Cruz, 21, recently followed the World Cup in the U.S. However, Brooklyn, who lives in the U.S. with his wife Nicola Peltz, has been absent from these family events.

Brooklyn's estrangement from his parents has been a public matter. He has not publicly acknowledged family milestones and reportedly blocked his parents on Instagram last year, with communication now handled through legal representatives. Friends of the Beckhams have described them as devastated by the rift.

Earlier this year, Brooklyn released a statement detailing his decision to cut ties with his family, whom he described as 'performative' and controlling. He claimed his parents had attempted to drive a wedge between him and his wife, Nicola. This was followed by a two-part DoorDash commercial where Brooklyn joked about watching the FIFA World Cup from home, which some interpreted as a jab at his parents and a way to profit from their name. This advertisement reportedly drew criticism from within the Beckham family, with insiders suggesting it was contradictory to Brooklyn's stated desire for privacy.
