David Beckham appeared tense as he took his seat in the stands alongside his son Romeo for England's World Cup quarter-final match against Norway on Saturday. The former footballer, 51, was among approximately 10,000 England fans at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida.

The Beckham family, including wife Victoria, sons Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and daughter Harper, 15, were present for the important fixture. Romeo and Harper were seen taking a pre-game selfie while sporting their England tops.

Beckham, who co-owns the Major League Soccer side Inter Miami, watched the England team train at the club's facilities on Friday. He reportedly had a conversation with current England captain Harry Kane, who stated that Beckham wished the team luck and that they appreciated his hospitality.

"He was there to support us," Kane said. "We were using the home that he's built and we appreciated him hosting us. It was good to catch up with him. He's an England legend. Hopefully we can do him proud tomorrow."

The family's presence in Miami coincided with Harper's 15th birthday celebration. Victoria Beckham shared photos on social media of Harper blowing out candles on a cake. Reports suggest that Harper had recently attempted to visit her estranged older brother, Brooklyn, at his Los Angeles home, leaving a letter when no one was present. This visit reportedly led to Brooklyn accusing his parents of arranging a paparazzi photo opportunity, a claim they deny.
