Sporting legends David Beckham and Michael Jordan were seen together in the South of France on Saturday. The pair, who are longtime friends, shared a friendly embrace at a restaurant in Port de Saint-Tropez.

Beckham, 51, was accompanied by his wife Victoria, who wore a burgundy gown from her collection. The couple, who have been vacationing on their £16 million yacht, Seven, were seen holding hands as they headed to dinner. Jordan, 63, arrived with his wife, model Yvette Prieto, who wore a champagne-colored dress.

Beckham and Jordan have known each other for years, with Beckham choosing Jordan's iconic number 23 jersey when he joined Real Madrid in 2003. Beckham has previously shared his awe at meeting Jordan, recalling a time when Jordan's hand completely covered his own. Both athletes have transitioned into sports ownership since retiring from their playing careers. Jordan holds a minority stake in the Charlotte Hornets and co-owns NASCAR's 23XI Racing, while Beckham has ownership stakes in Inter Miami and Salford City FC.

Earlier in the day, the Beckham family was seen relaxing on their 130-foot yacht, Seven, which they purchased in 2022. The yacht, named after David Beckham's former football shirt number and their daughter Harper's middle name, features five cabins, a spa bath, and a garage stocked with water toys.

Also in the South of France is Brooklyn Beckham, David and Victoria's eldest son, who is on holiday with his wife, Nicola Peltz, on Sir Elton John's yacht. Brooklyn and his parents have been publicly estranged for some time, with reports of a rift beginning around David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations. Brooklyn has reportedly blocked his parents on social media and has sought to distance himself from the "Brand Beckham" identity.
