Singer Bebe Rexha has addressed speculation about a potential romance with New York Knicks guard Jordan Clarkson, stating that the two are just friends. Rexha made the clarification to TMZ when asked about rumors that surfaced after she and Clarkson spent a day together in New York City in late July.
The pair began their day with an art session with artist Leopoldo Gout, posing for photos that later fueled romance rumors. Their activities continued into the evening with an appearance at a Vogue event at Rockefeller Center, where they were again photographed together.
Clarkson is coming off a championship season with the Knicks, who secured their first NBA title since 1973 in June. He joined the team last season and became a reliable contributor during the playoffs. In July, Clarkson re-signed with the Knicks on a one-year deal worth $3.9 million for his 13th NBA season. The Knicks also made roster moves, bringing back players like Landry Shamet and Jose Alvarado, while Mitchell Robinson moved to Boston and Andre Drummond was signed.
Clarkson was also recently in the news after he was removed from a New York club. Reports indicate he intervened in an altercation involving Travis Scott and was subsequently escorted out of the venue.
