Barbara Palvin Walks Victoria's Secret Runway Six Weeks After Giving Birth
Model attributes quick physical recovery to organic diet during pregnancy and breastfeeding postpartum.
Model Barbara Palvin returned to the Victoria's Secret runway in California on Sunday night, just six weeks after welcoming her daughter, Sylvie. Palvin, 33, stated that her body has "bounced back really quickly," attributing her recovery to a healthy lifestyle that included an organic food diet during pregnancy and continued healthy eating postpartum while breastfeeding.
"I tell everyone: 'This is normal.' Maternity leave is six to eight weeks; I’m six weeks tomorrow, so I’m just doing what everyone [else] is doing. And I only need to walk down a runway!" Palvin told Page Six. She added that she focused on organic foods during pregnancy to ensure her baby's health, and continued to prioritize good nutrition postpartum due to breastfeeding.
Palvin appeared on the runway in a sheer pale pink mini dress, matching lingerie, and a white embellished corset with a flowing train and snowflake wings. Her husband, Dylan Sprouse, was in the front row supporting her and was looking after their daughter.
Palvin first walked the Victoria's Secret runway in 2012. After a six-year hiatus, she returned for the 2018 show and became a Victoria's Secret Angel the following year. She has previously discussed her fitness and diet routines, including adhering to the keto diet before her wedding in July 2023 and a rigorous gym schedule leading up to the 2018 show, where she reportedly went to the gym 10 times a week with a personal trainer.
