Reality television personalities Anna Heinrich and Tim Robards have relisted their Gold Coast apartment, located in the exclusive Mondrian complex at Burleigh Heads, for $3.75 million. The couple, who found fame on the Australian edition of The Bachelor, lived in the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property for just four months before deciding to sell.
The apartment was purchased in 2021 for $2.5 million. The 183-square-meter residence is situated on the fourth floor and features an open-plan design with a covered patio overlooking the building's pool and deck area. It also boasts a butler's pantry and a main bedroom with an en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Residents of the Mondrian complex have access to a range of amenities, including a gym, spa, room service, housekeeping, valet service, a chauffeur for airport drop-offs, a yoga garden, and a steam room.
Tim Robards cited a desire to be closer to family and work opportunities in Sydney as the reason for their short stay and subsequent decision to move. "It's been hard living there with lack of family around, and we got a lot of work back in Sydney," Robards stated.
Reports indicate that agents have already rejected an offer in the low $3 million range for the property. This comes as another apartment in the same building was resold for $7.1 million.
The couple, who met on The Bachelor in 2013 and married in 2018, have two daughters. Prior to their move to the Gold Coast, they primarily resided in Sydney.
