Autopsy Complete for Gypsy Rose Blanchard's Fiancé Ken Urker

The autopsy for Ken Urker, fiancé of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, has been completed, according to the Lafourche Parish Coroner's Office. Urker was found deceased in his Louisiana home on Thursday, which would have been his 34th birthday.

Officials responded to Urker's residence on Oct. 1 after receiving a call at 6:15 p.m. "Kenan Urker, 34, was found dead upon arrival," a statement from the coroner's office read. "We are continuing the death investigation. To this point in the investigation, we have found no evidence of foul play."

The coroner's office confirmed that while an autopsy was conducted, there is currently no definitive cause of death. The case remains pending the completion of toxicology testing. No further updates will be provided until test results are received and the investigation is concluded.

Blanchard, who shares a daughter named Auora with Urker, expressed her grief in a statement to People. "I’m in disbelief. I can’t think. I’ve screamed until my throat burns," she said. "Ken was an amazing father and a man who was deeply loved. He will forever be my soulmate and my red string, a connection that time, distance, and even death can never erase."
