Las Vegas police have renewed an appeal for public assistance in locating a 26-year-old Australian woman, Sally Grace Contarino, who is considered an endangered missing adult. Fears have been raised that she may be experiencing severe emotional distress and requires urgent medical attention.
Ms. Contarino failed to board her scheduled flight home on June 21. Her family reported last hearing from her on June 20. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released a CCTV image as part of their ongoing search efforts.
Authorities stated that Ms. Contarino might be in severe emotional distress and in need of medical assistance. Detectives are actively seeking the public's help to find her.
Ms. Contarino, who is from Melbourne, was reportedly on a solo trip that included visits to Las Vegas, Mount Charleston, and Southern California. Staff at Las Vegas Timbers Bar & Grill claimed to have last seen her on June 19, at which point she appeared to be in good spirits. They noted that her hostel was located in a neighborhood considered less safe for a lone individual.
The missing tourist is known to enjoy hiking. At the time of her disappearance, she was last seen wearing a grey or blue sweatshirt, denim shorts, and black and white shoes, carrying a bag. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and a slim build.
