Australian Band Fathom Sets Guinness World Record for Most Concerts in 12 Hours
Dream rock duo Fathom played nine shows across multiple Australian cities in a single day, raising funds for mental health.

Australian dream rock band Fathom has achieved a new Guinness World Record for performing the most concerts in a 12-hour period, playing nine shows across multiple cities.
The duo embarked on their record-breaking journey, traveling approximately 700 kilometers by car, helicopter, and plane to complete the feat within the specified timeframe.
To qualify for the record, each venue had to be at least 50 kilometers apart. Additionally, the cities hosting the concerts needed to meet certain population criteria, with half of them requiring populations exceeding 100,000 residents, and all cities needing more than 15,000 inhabitants.
Beyond the world record attempt, Fathom partnered with the mental health service organization Beyond Blue. The band committed to donating half of the revenue generated from ticket sales and merchandise to support the charity's initiatives.
The band members shared details of their ambitious day, recounting both the excitement and the challenges they encountered during the record-setting marathon.
