Aussie Brand The Knicker Launches New Underwear Collections

The Knicker, an Australian brand celebrated for its comfortable and flattering underwear priced from $15, has launched two new collections: Cotton & Lace and Bamboo Lights. These additions build on the brand's existing reputation for creating underwear that is both supportive and aesthetically pleasing, with a loyal customer base and frequently sold-out ranges.

The Cotton & Lace collection features the brand's signature soft stretch and support, enhanced with feminine lace detailing. It is available in sizes 10 to 18, in black and latte colorways, and offers three styles: Hi Cut, Full Brief, and Anti Chafing Short. This collection follows the brand's popular Micro & Lace offering.

Designed with warmer weather in mind, the Bamboo Lights collection utilizes an ultra-soft and breathable bamboo fabric. This range is offered in Hi Cut and Full Brief styles, also in black and latte.

Influencer Nat Angel shared a try-on video on Instagram, describing the new designs as "super lightweight, super stretchy" with a "beautiful soft slinky feeling." She highlighted the cotton gusset with a generous width, noting its angled shape aids in supporting and shaping the posterior.

Customer testimonials praise the brand's comfort and fit, with one follower stating, "The best undies ever. I've been using them for years now. Won't wear anything else." Another described them as "super comfy, no riding up your hoo ha and they are pretty."

The new collections join other popular lines such as the Tummy Smooth design, which previously sold out in a single day. The Tummy Smooth collection features a power mesh front panel for a smoothed silhouette and a full-coverage tummy panel designed for comfort, particularly for those with surgical scars.

Other well-received ranges include Classic Comfort, Classic Bamboo, and the Precision collection, engineered for a barely-there feel and to avoid visible panty lines.

The Knicker was founded in 2018 by Helen Anderson and Lara Brockhurst, who drew on their extensive experience in the lingerie and sleepwear industry. Their aim was to create underwear that fits well, offers all-day comfort, and looks good, leading to the brand's significant popularity among Australian shoppers.
