Aurora Culpo Ready to Assist Sister Olivia During Labor
Aurora Culpo has a contingency plan in place should her sister Olivia need support during childbirth while her husband, NFL player Christian McCaffrey, is unavailable.
Aurora Culpo is prepared to support her sister, Olivia Culpo, during childbirth if Olivia’s husband, NFL player Christian McCaffrey, is occupied with his professional commitments. Aurora stated in an exclusive interview that she and Olivia have discussed the possibility, and Aurora has offered to stay with her sister at the hospital if McCaffrey cannot be present.
Olivia and McCaffrey announced their pregnancy in May, sharing the news via an Instagram post that also featured their daughter, Colette, who is 14 months old, and their dog, Oliver. Aurora, who recently welcomed her own third child, Selene, with fiancé Zac Duvernet on May 15, assured her sister that she would not be alone during the birth.
Despite managing her own responsibilities as a mother to Soleil, 5, and Remi, 7, Aurora emphasized her readiness to assist Olivia. “She’s like, ‘Well, don’t you have to be home with Selene?’ Because Selene is going through her four-month sleep regression, so there’s not a whole lot of sleep being had,” Aurora recounted. “But if Olivia does need me to come stay with her in the hospital, I am ready.”
Olivia has indicated that a scheduled C-section is planned for the birth. She explained in a TikTok post that due to having a previous C-section in July of the prior year, a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) was not an option. While an exact due date has not been publicly shared, Aurora mentioned that Olivia is expected to deliver “any day now.”
Aurora also shared her own efforts to balance her life as a new mother of three. Speaking at a Winnie the Pooh 100th Anniversary celebration she co-hosted, Aurora remarked on the ongoing challenge of finding equilibrium. “Maybe at some point there’ll be more balance in my life,” she said. “But I don’t think I’ve found a balance yet. So today, it’s Winnie the Pooh. Tomorrow, it’s going to be something else.”
